2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 Our Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases.
Coverage:
All subscription plans (Starter $25/month, Professional $45/month)
Both monthly and annual subscriptions
New purchases, renewals, and upgrades
No questions asked
Time Limit:
Request must be made within 14 calendar days of the charge date
Refund processed to your original payment method
2.2 How to Request a Refund

We respond within 1-2 business days
Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

2.3 After Refund
Your subscription will be cancelled

You have 30 days to export your data
You can subscribe again anytime
3. Refund Method and Fees
3.1 Payment Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method only:
Same credit/debit card
Same PayPal account
Same bank account
We cannot refund to a different payment method.
3.2 Payment Processing Fees
Full purchase amount is refunded
Payment processor may deduct processing fees (2-3%)
Currency exchange rates may vary from purchase date
Bank fees are your responsibility
4. Cancellation Anytime
4.1 Cancel Without Refund
After the 14-day period, you can still cancel anytime:

5. Plan Changes
5.1 Upgrades
When upgrading to a higher plan:
Pay the price difference
New plan activates immediately
14-day guarantee applies to the upgrade charge
5.2 Downgrades
When downgrading to a lower plan:
Downgrade takes effect at period end
Keep current features until then
Lower price applies at next billing
6. Free Trials
When we offer free trials:
Cancel anytime during trial - no charge
Trial converts to paid if not cancelled
14-day guarantee applies after trial ends
One trial per customer
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Service Outages
If the Service is unavailable due to our fault:
Extended outages: Account credit or refund

7.2 Technical Issues

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right:
